Shipping policy

Shipping fees are calculated separately to keep our prices as affordable as possible for our clients. They are strictly based on International Shipping to the United States from each of our business partners.  

LOCAL DELIVERY AND TARIFFS ARE PAID BY OFFICIALVAINBEAUTY.

Processing & Production

Ready Stock: Dispatched quickly if items are already pre-made in inventory.

Custom Orders: Requires 3 to 5 days for processing, sorting, and wefting.

Quality Check: OfficialVainBeauty reserves the right to conduct quality checks on all orders before they are delivered to you locally. This process will typically take 1-2 full business day(s).  

Transit & Delivery Times

Global Shipping: Handled via express carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS). Usually consist of 3-7 Business Days to reach the United States and clear Customs. 

Domestic/Local Shipping: OfficialVainBeauty will conduct a 1-2 business day quality check on all items to ensure client satisfaction and ship out via Fedex Express or USPS Priority shipping 1, 2, or 3 day options.

Estimated Delivery: Generally takes 10 to 15 total business days from order confirmation to arrival, depending on international transit and customs clearance for all hair orders.

Styling products/ Hot tools 7-10 business days.

Press on Nails 7-14 Business Days.

Custom Press on Nails of photos submitted by the client will approximately up to 25 business days. Nail techs have to schedule you submission around their existing clients.
